Ontario-Montclair School District, Ontario, California
The Ontario-Montclair School District partnered with Kerry Consulting Group to develop a Request For Proposals to migrate
its legacy student information system to current, supportable, technology. Kerry Consulting Group worked extensively with
Stakeholders to develop comprehensive functional specifications that met the Districts unique needs. Following the receipt
of vendor responses, Kerry Consulting Group guided the Districts evaluation committee through an evaluation process that
fully quantified all costs, risks, and opportunities of each vendors proposed solution.

Technology Implementation
Houston Independent School District, Houston, Texas
Kerry Consulting Group is providing the Houston Independent School District with project management expertise during the
implementation of a comprehensive assessment management solution that will provide reliable student assessment data to
16,000+ teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders in the District. Ultimately, this solution will allow each teacher to create
classroom assessments correlated to District learning objectives.
